Boot Camp is what every military organization uses to prepare the men and women charged with securing a nation against all threats. Despite the proliferation of programs claiming to be the next best thing ( you know the names so I won’t mention and or disparage them here ), the Boot Camp Workout remains the best and most comprehensive training program a person can go through to achieve total fitness. If you did NOTHING ELSE OTHER THAN BOOT CAMP, you would be fitter than most people who go to the gym everyday. Boot Camp requires no special equipment or uniforms, just raw determination.
My Boot Camp routines have been culled from the workouts used by Special Operations troops; U.S. Navy Seals, U.S. Marine Corp, U.S. Marine Force Recon, U.S. Army Rangers & the SAS. I guarantee my Boot Camp will get you in the best shape of your life in record time. Don’t be fooled by other classes which are nothing more than vanilla group aerobics or strength classes masquerading as a “Boot Camp”. My Boot Camp is the real deal. A solid hour of High Intensity Calisthenic exercises challenging for even the most dedicated athlete or weekend warrior. My highly specialized training method however, allows for stratification of the class so that beginners are not blown away, but are gradually brought up to speed.

You can pay $10 per session, or subscribe online for $100/month to attend any / all sessions provided on location during the month. We meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30am to 10:15am.
