I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the FN- to FN+ range. Discrepancies include minor wear and stains on cover throughout. Creases in spine. Minor soiling throughout, mostly back cover.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like white to off-white pages.
Might benefit from a clean and press but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade. Should improve the book visually.
