This is a broken-in pair of Nick's boots, the "Americana." These are built on their low-arch, low-heel, HNW last with the 430 mini-vibram sole in Brown Waxed Flesh leather from Horween and a 6in shaft height. I wore these off and on for about a year on tile floors and carpet, so the soles still have plenty of life left. In terms of sizing, I normally wear 10.5 or 11 in other shoes and boots, and these fit well. There are sizing guides on the brand's website and a sub reddit for the brand with tons of sizing resources and information on these boots.
These normally cost $600 brand new and take about 6 months from the order date to shipped out, but you can get a prebroken-in
