Finding the right class time should be easy, and at American Olympic Karate we offer training throughout the week so students of every age and level can find a slot that fits their lives. Below you will find our current karate class schedule, organized by age group and experience so you always know exactly where you belong.
We run dedicated classes for young children, older kids, teens, and adults. Beginner classes focus on the fundamentals in a patient, welcoming setting, while intermediate and advanced classes add forms, sparring, and more demanding conditioning. Because we keep class sizes manageable, every student receives real, personal attention from our black-belt instructors no matter which session they attend.
Consistency is where the magic happens in martial arts. Students who train two or three times a week progress noticeably faster, build lasting friendships, and stay motivated through every belt. That is why we spread classes across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, giving busy families the flexibility to make training a regular habit rather than an occasional treat.
If you are brand new, we recommend starting with a beginner class that matches your age group. There is no experience required and no pressure. Your first visit is simply a chance to try a class, meet the instructors, and see whether our dojo feels like the right home for you. Uniforms and gear can come later once you know you want to continue.
Times occasionally shift around holidays and special events, so it is always worth confirming before your first visit. When you are ready to commit to a regular routine, review our membership options to choose the plan that matches how often you would like to train.
